Normal Hours Pick Up - Sydney Airport
(International Terminal)

1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following: Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 2 9669 5298) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
2. From “Arrivals B” at Sydney Airport International Terminal, turn right and proceed through the terminal.
3. Continue past the Avis & Budget rental car counters.
4. Continue past the “Arrivals A” signs.
5. At the “McDonalds” restaurant, turn right and continue for 30 metres.
6. Just past the foreign exchange booth, look for the sign that says, “Coaches & Shuttles”.
7. Follow the signs for “Coaches & Shuttles” and exit the terminal.
8. Continue past the “Coaches” waiting area.
9. Proceed to the “Shuttles” waiting area and look for Bay 22.
10. Wait at Bay 22 for the blue “Park on King” shuttle van. PLEASE NOTE: ‘Park on King' is our Shuttle provider for Sydney Airport. The shuttle will have 'Park on King' branding on the front, side and back of the van. The van will also have "Apex" branding on both sides of the van.
